Norman Strate, CEO
Mr. Strate has 40 years of business experience with major corporations, both in the United States and abroad. He has been involved in several successful turn-around situations. He recently served as the CEO and was a founder at Protonex.  Earlier, Mr. Strate served as the CEO and principal shareholder of J.F. Jelenko & Co. He worked in senior executive positions at RCA, Hertz (Europe), Showtime, and Talon. He graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Accounting. He received an L.L.B. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of National Dentex Corporation.

Charles Myers, President
Mr. Myers, has been actively involved with fuel cell activities for the past 11 years.  He has proven global fuel cell experience in a diverse set of applications and markets. He has more than 35 years of executive management experience in marketing, sales, product development, operations and engineering.  During his career he has developed successful teams that have grown fuel cell and industrial markets. He served as Director of Marketing at Nuvera Fuel Cells.  His prior positions include Iwaki America, Ober Read, Carver and Flowserve.  He holds an Executive MBA from St Mary's College and a B.S. in Marketing.  He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Hydrogen Coalition and its President.

Dr. Mohammad Enayetullah, Director of Advanced Technology
Dr. Enayetullah, a distinguished fuel cell technologist, has been actively involved in the forefront of fuel cell R&D activities for the past 30 years. He has unique expertise in all aspects of fuel cell technology including materials, component and systems development. During his professional career, he has developed, trained and led R&D teams, focused in the last 26 years on PEM fuel cell technology. He served as Director of Advanced Technology at Protonex, a leader in the development of portable fuel cell technologies.  His prior positions include Johnson Matthey, H Power, ICET, and Foster-Miller. His practical training in PEM fuel cell technology started at Texas A&M University, as a research associate with Professor John Appleby and Dr. S. Srinivasan, both world-recognized fuel cell experts. He earned his Ph.D. (with Professor E. Yeager) from Earnest Yeager Center for Electrochemical Sciences at Case Western Reserve University.
